Meet our squat. We are a mix of trainers with different backgrounds - from Muay Thai to breakdancing to rugby, everything is represented. This diversity underlines the different coaching styles, but they all have one thing in common: they want to train with you and make you fitter.

Our small box is located directly in Munich's Schwanthalerhöhe with excellent connections to the subway and tram. On 120sqm in the basement of a residential building, we offer everything a CrossFitter's heart desires. Changing rooms and lockers are available - unfortunately, there are no showers.
