Weekly focus
This week, we’ll continue April’s theme of building endurance and stamina.
Start with a longer grind on Monday.
Follow that with a triplet that’s sure to build shoulder stamina.
Work through heavy front squats midweek.
Build grip stamina with a combination of hang power cleans and toes-to-bars.
Gear up for the classic CrossFit benchmark and CAP April benchmark, Kelly.
Round out the week with a partner workout, followed by max handstand push-up intervals on Sunday.
