Throughout June, we’ll continue to focus on pushing the pace.
Kick off this week with a group gas-pedal workout.

Get excited for the classic benchmark: 30 muscle-ups for time.
Have fun with a throwback partner regionals workout, where athletes start hard and finish even harder.
Start the weekend with a whole lot of overhead squats.
Round out the week with a heavy day in disguise.
