Weekly focus
Throughout December, we’ll continue to focus on pulling.
Start the week with four quick AMRAPs complete with toes-to-bars, burpees, and calories on the bike.
Follow that on Wednesday with a skill practice day that allows you to slow down and dial in quality gymnastics movement and static holds.
Switch gears on Thursday with a heavy deadlift day, where you’ll work up to a heavy single.
Round out the week on Sunday with a twist on a classic rep scheme that combines two pulling movements.
