Weekly focus

This week, we conclude our month-long focus on endurance and stamina.


Kick it off with a heavy deadlift day on Monday.
Then, do a longer partner workout that will challenge you to walk on your hands.
You will take on the classic benchmark workout "Andi" on Wednesday.
Follow that with an interval workout and an opportunity to encourage you to push the pace.
Get amped for a second benchmark this week as you take on Nasty Girls.
Start the weekend with a heavy push jerk and double-under descending-rep ladder.
Wrap the week with skill work and rowing. You may choose to use this as active recovery or a chance to push intensity.
