Weekly focus

Throughout July, we’ll continue to focus on going heavy and practicing high-skill gymnastics.

Start this week with Isabel to test your capacity to sprint with a complex barbell movement.

On Thursday work your way through a unique single-arm dumbbell spin on the classic

21-15-9 rep scheme.

 

Grab your gym buddy for a partner variation of the Hero workout 'Small' on Friday.

 

Round out the week with more high-volume gymnastics work as you practice bar muscle-ups and wall walks, along with box step-ups on Sunday.
