Weekly focus
All month, we’ll continue to focus on skill development.
This week, we’ll wrap the CrossFit Open.
Kick off the week with a heavy snatch day.
Take on a double Tabata that will challenge you to overcome muscular fatigue.
Work through a rowing workout that could serve as a recovery day or hard push, depending on your needs.
Enjoy a short, sweet, and spicy Saturday workout with bonus skill work.
Round out the week with an upper-body pressing and holding endurance workout.
