Have you already completed your postnatal training and are you keen to exercise again? Then you have come to the right place. In our MamaFit classes we offer scaled CrossFit for mothers. Whether you are a CrossFit newbie or an experienced athlete, our trainers adapt the classic functional training to you and your current needs. And the best thing: you can simply bring your baby with you.

Our trainers come from different sporting and professional backgrounds. They have one thing in common: personally or privately, they are in close contact with the topic of prenatal and postnatal. They are all united by the desire to bring mothers exciting training as good, healthy and easy as possible and with lots of fun.
