Weekly focus

Throughout June, we’ll continue to focus on pushing the gas pedal!


Kick off the week with a monostructural + gymnastics day to test your skills under fatigue.
Follow that with a heavy deadlift day on Tuesday.
Work through a spicy descending ladder triplet on Wednesday.
Lead a midweek burner with burpees and dumbbell push press intervals.
Work through a combination of hang squat cleans and rope climbs on Friday.
Kick off the weekend with a 5K run benchmark day.
Round out the week with some kettlebell fun!
