This month, we’ll focus on skill development.
Expect to see workout and skill work that focuses on the improvement of movement patterns and the neurological components necessary to begin or continue to master complex movements.
Wrap the CrossFit Open, with Workouts 26.2 and 26.3 in the first two weeks.
Work through March CAP benchmarks Diane, Annie, and Nancy.
