Expect high-power, short-duration efforts that will challenge you to keep the gas pedal down.


With Murph complete, it’s time to transition from longer conditioning efforts to hard, high power output workouts.


Work to find loads and skill levels that allow you to feel the intended stimulus of each workout while maintaining high intensity.


Look forward to interval workouts that allow you to work hard and then recover in order to repeat that high-level effort.
