Endurance and Stamina

Welcome to April! This month, we’ll focus on building endurance and stamina.

Throughout the month, expect longer-duration workouts to help build endurance and stamina in monostructural, weightlifting, and gymnastics movements.


You can also look forward to benchmarks, including Andi, Open Workout 15.4, Fight Gone Bad, and Kelly.


There will be classic heavy days in the deadlift and back squat.
