Monthly focus

Slow Lifts

   April focuses on the slow lifts with its pre- and post-workout skill work as well as our weekly education.
   We are picking up the weight this month with average loading of 110 lb.
   Partner Workout: April 4 (and the CAP devils press debut!)
   Benchmarks and Heroes: Linda on April 10 and Barbara Ann on April 22.
   CAP retests: April 26
