Welcome to May!
This month, we’ll focus on preparing you to take on Murph.
Expect to see efforts and skill work that will prepare you for Murph at the end of the month.
Look forward to longer-duration efforts and continued focus on improving endurance and stamina from April.
This month’s programming will allow you to gradually accumulate volume in preparation for Murph and all of the Hero workout fun to follow.
Over the course of the month, you should aim to improve your Murph performances, while also adequately recovering.
Kick off Memorial Day with Murph, and then continue with a whole week of Hero workouts!
This final week of May will be carefully curated to maximize exposure to a variety of Hero workouts, while minimizing excessive volume.
