Welcome to June, a month focused on improving conditioning capacity!

The programming will guide athletes through all three Service Cup workouts in the first two weeks.


We will repeat last year’s 20-minute conditioning test and retest challenge.

Expect plenty of running and rowing throughout the month between tests.
