Monthly focus

Welcome to July! This month we focus on going heavy and practicing high-skill gymnastics.

Expect to see partner variations of the Hero workouts, Morrison and Small.

Have fun with the classic benchmark workouts, The Chief, Power Amanda, Mary, and Isabel.

We will focus on complex dynamic lifts like the front squat, overhead squat, power clean, and snatch.

Celebrate some firsts and continued mastery as you work on every skill through increased high-skill gymnastics volume with wall walks, handstand walks, handstand push-ups, muscle-ups, and legless rope climbs.
